First and foremost, I would like to wish you a happy new year in 2026! May it be filled with health, love, joy, and a few puzzles to entertain you. To get 2026 off to a good start, I suggest you try hanidokus. I don't usually publish these puzzles because I have several in my bag, so it's a bit neglected (as I plan to publish new puzzles this year, this phenomenon is likely to increase). It's a shame, though, because this puzzles is just as captivating as the others.
You have to enter a series of consecutive numbers (between 1 and 9) in each row and diagonal, depending on the length of the row or one of the diagonals. Thus, the center row containing 9 hexagons will have the numbers 1 to 9. For a row consisting of six hexagons, the possible combinations would be 1,2,3,4,5,6, 2,3,4,5,6,7, up to 4,5,6,7,8,9. This rule also applies to diagonals, so a hexagon that is at the intersection of a row and two diagonals must respect the shortest length.
